More context
Ten years after Helix opened, part of the ride experience became available far beyond Liseberg. The park released the launch coaster's futuristic soundtrack on streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. Fans could now listen to 74 minutes of Helix music without being in Gothenburg.
Looopings reported that the album consists of fifteen instrumental dance tracks. Titles such as Instant Go, Invert, Re-Invented and Escape Gravity match the attraction's high-energy, technological identity. The music was produced by IMAscore, the German company known in the theme park world for distinctive attraction soundtracks.
For visitors and fans, the release is more than a playlist. Music helps fix a ride in memory, especially on a coaster like Helix where presentation, lighting and pace are part of the complete experience. By putting the soundtrack online, Liseberg extended the atmosphere of the ride beyond the queue and station. It gave fans a simple way to return to Helix even when they were far from the park.
