Sky Cabin
A slowly rotating observation cabin that lifts riders more than 180 feet for views across Orange County and Los Angeles.
Sky Cabin is the calm counterpart to Knott’s thrill rides. The enclosed cabin glides slowly up the tower and gently rotates along the way, opening up a full panorama. Above the Boardwalk, you get views across the park, Orange County and, on a clear day, all the way toward Los Angeles. The intensity stays low, but the scenery is the real draw.

Knott’s Wiki and Coasterpedia list Intamin as the manufacturer, note a 1976 opening, and classify it as an observation/gyro tower. Knott’s Wiki says the attraction opened on June 12, 1976, stands about 225 feet tall and runs for around four minutes.
