Anna en Elsa ontvangen gasten in Royal Sommerhus, de Noorse ontmoetingslocatie in de World Showcase van EPCOT. De ervaring is opgezet als een indoor character photography-moment: bezoekers stappen een warm aangeklede Arendelle-omgeving binnen, krijgen kort persoonlijk contact met de zussen uit Frozen en kunnen hun ontmoeting vastleggen met Disney PhotoPass. Disney vermeldt de activiteit met een duur van 25 minuten en plaatste de dagtijden bij controle op 9:15 tot 18:30 uur. Royal Sommerhus is vooral een rustig fotomoment voor Frozen-fans en valt onder Disney’s reguliere veiligheids-, toegankelijkheids- en gastenbeleid.
