Pirate Galleon

During the 2022 Disney Halloween Parties, Pirate Galleon became more than scenery: it turned into part of the evening experience. Disneyland Paris used video projections to bring several park locations to life. In Adventureland, Captain Hook's pirate ship was covered with spooky effects, including the tentacles of a sea monster, while the surrounding caves became The Pirates' Scary Island with zombie pirates. For guests, a familiar walkthrough and photo location changed into a special-event set piece that only fully emerged during those ticketed nights. Instead of serving only as scenery or a walkthrough, the ship became a real stage where Sparrow recruited new pirates and pulled guests into the Pirates of the Caribbean atmosphere. For fans, that matters because Pirate Galleon is often seen as a supporting piece of Adventureland: an accessible set that completes the bay.
