World of PAW Patrol opened at Chessington with four attractions, including Marshall's Firetruck Rescue. Looopings noted that the spinning bus ride was not entirely new, but a relocated and rethemed version of the old Jungle Bus.

On 3 May 2026, Chessington World of Adventures opened the United Kingdom's first PAW Patrol themed area. World of PAW Patrol brought the Nickelodeon series into the park with an investment of about 15 million pounds, roughly 17 million euros. For families, the area offered a full package from the start: rides, play areas, meet-and-greets and even PAW Patrol themed hotel rooms.
Marshall's Firetruck Rescue had a clear place in that opening lineup alongside Chase's Mountain Mission, Skye's Helicopter Heroes and Zuma's Hovercraft Adventure. The ride was presented as a spinning bus ride, but its background is what makes it especially relevant. It was not a completely new attraction. Marshall's Firetruck Rescue is the relocated and rethemed former Jungle Bus from Zamperla.
That gave an existing family ride a new life inside a much more recognisable brand story. For young visitors, the bus now belonged to fire pup Marshall, while fans could see how Chessington combined existing ride capacity with a major IP investment. The opening completed the earlier construction and relocation plans and made the transformation from Jungle Bus to Marshall's Firetruck Rescue officially visible.
