Phoenix Rising is a B&M family inverted coaster in Pantopia with onboard audio.
Phoenix Rising gives Busch Gardens Tampa Bay an approachable inverted coaster. Riders hang beneath the track, but the experience is clearly aimed at families. The layout leans into the sensation of flying over Pantopia toward the Serengeti Plain, with turns, drops and sound effects that reinforce the phoenix theme throughout the ride.

Phoenix Rising opened to the public on July 21, 2024 and took over the former Sand Serpent site. The coaster was positioned as a family-friendly inverted ride with an easy entry point.
The ride uses the phoenix legend as its narrative anchor. The station and onboard audio reference different phoenix characters, giving the sensation of flying an extra story layer.
