Infusion is the Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster over water, with five inversions and a legs-dangling ride experience.
Infusion sends the ride skimming above the water, with your feet dangling free as the train tears through a roll-over, sidewinder and double inline twist. The coaster first opened in Southport as Traumatizer, then arrived in Blackpool with a striking waterside look that makes every dive and loop stand out even more.
Pleasure Beach Resort
RCDB lists Infusion as a Vekoma SLC / 689m Standard with 2,260.5 feet of track, a height of 109.3 feet, a top speed of 49.7 mph, five inversions, a ride time of 1 minute 23 seconds and a capacity of 832 riders per hour. The official park page calls Infusion the first looping coaster suspended entirely over water.
A water-themed thrill setting with blue track, suspended trains and fountains or water surfaces beneath the inversions.
