Wicker Man

Wicker Man is a wooden GCI thrill coaster built around the Beornen, with tunnels, fire effects and fast passes through its giant effigy.

Wicker Man brings raw wooden-coaster energy to Alton Towers with a layout that races low through Mutiny Bay and keeps charging back at the looming Beornen structure. The preshow, smoke, fire effects and rattling wooden turns make it feel like more than a thrill ride: it plays out like a ritual tightening around you.
